Jayne Yocum
Jayne Yocum arrived in Panamá at the age of one month, when her parents adopted her and brought her to live in the Canal Zone. Jayne grew up on the Caribbean side of the isthmus and spent many of her younger years riding horseback through the jungle, swimming in the rivers and lakes, and surfing in both the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean. Her work is inspired by the jungle, waters, birds, plants and people of this incredible paradise. Jayne is a self-taught artist who has been painting since childhood.
